Real-Estate Photography Agreement
All photography service scheduled appointments are considered a commitment of contract and are bound by the following agreement:
PRE-CONDITIONS
Home preparation, cleaning and staging must be completed before the photo shoot appointment. Minor adjustment of items to move or remove from individual shots are completed at the discretion of the photographer at no charge. If, because of the conditional of the location the shoot cannot be completed, there will be a $75.00 rescheduling and trip fee.
LICENSING
All images and video are copyright protected and solely provided as a photography service with a non-transferable single use location license to the Realtor/Agent agent during property listing period. Imagery and video captured and reduced to digital data for the specific location under this agreement may not be duplicated, reproduced, republished or distributed beyond the intended location license as published for the Realtor/Agent internet web site, MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and/or Zillow.
PHOTO & VIDEO QUALITY

Images & video clips will be provided formatted to a maximum 1920 x 1080 resolution ready for MLS/Zillow publication.

HDR (High Dynamic Resolution) bracketing is completed with all images.

PP (Post Processing) for color, clarity and composition is performed on each image and video clip.

Branded video includes music, audio and agent contact info. Unbranded video has no audio or agent contact info.
PHOTO SHOOT
Interior and Exterior image and/or video composition will be produced at the discretion of the photographer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour notice is recommended in order to re-scheduled or cancel photo shoot appointments.
PAYMENT POLICY
Invoices for payment are issued at the time of photo delivery download available notice and become due upon 10 days of electronic receipt.

DIGITAL IMAGE & VIDEO DOWNLOAD RECOVERY
Processed digital imagery and video will be uploaded to Google Docs via a 14 day shared download link. All clients will be notified via text or email with the access link location.
